For faculty members who are going to teach or who are teaching over video or the internet, IDS offers training and development opportunities in Internet or Video readiness. These sessions will assist them in achieving skills necessary to begin or continue in these distributed learning environments. It is recommended that these courses be repeated every 2–3 years. These sessions can be completed during the Fall, Spring, or Summer sessions through a variety of formats. Each session is customized to meet the needs of the individual faculty member. There is no cost to attend the training.
