Element K offers 3 styles of learning:

Self-paced courses let students move at their own pace. They can be repeated as often as necessary and students can take as many courses as they'd like to. They can also choose different learning experiences:

• Hands-on, interactive training with easy navigation tools that follow a tutorial. It's as if the student is actually using the application.
• 10- to 15-minute audio and video presentations. We offer an Executive and a Technical Series.
• Courses with "big picture" concepts, then added details and procedures in short, easy-to-understand segments-with a mix of interactive components.
